Charity Awareness Evening

I am writing this post to raise awareness for a charity I have recently started working with called Eikon. Eikon is a local charity based in Surrey that offers help to children with mental health Issues.

As I am sure you are aware mental health issues, particularly in relation to young people features regularly in the news recently.

We at Eikon have been working hard to support young people with these issues and other such as drug & alcohol abuse, healthy relationships and to celebrate our successes and to demonstrate the work we carry out, we would like to invite you to an innovative and thought provoking art exhibition by young people.  Young people have contributed their own artwork through which they express how these issues affect them, how it makes them feel and what they see for the future.

Drinks reception, with an opportunity to browse the artwork and talk with the artists. Eikon will give a short presentation on how we support young people dealing with these issues.
