We create value for our clients because of our expansive understanding of the lending market, our expertise at finding financial solutions for complex requirements and our ability to access bespoke loans from specialist lenders. It is a secret throughout the banking industry that it is actually possible to negotiate interest rates with banks. This is where our knowledge and skillset shine.
The Mesa team can act quickly and we are not restricted to a panel of lenders. Therefore we can search the market and use our well established contacts to get the best financial solutions for our clients.
To ensure that our clients are in the strongest possible financial situation, we take a holistic approach to financial services and work with an exceptional network of professional partners.

Jo started working for Mesa Financial as a relationship manager in 2017. Since becoming an integral part of the team, Jo has built a great relationship with our high net worth clients. Her specialist areas include residential mortgages and family protection.
Before Mesa Financial, Jo spent 10 years at a high end London based estate agency looking after clients that were selling or buying for over £1,000,000. This is why Jo’s knowledge of the buying and selling process is second to none.
After six successful years serving in the British Army, Chris decided to embrace the challenges and opportunities offered by the London property finance market. His role at Mesa Financial is to advise developers and property professionals on how to structure their capital stack. There is not a better analytical brain when looking at viability of development projects.
Chris started out as a high-net-worth mortgage broker in a Mayfair private office. He was then appointed as head of a new commercial & development finance team, where he predominantly worked with property developers and commercial investors. Chris then spent three years within a family office structure where they predominantly focused on lending money directly to SME developers.
Chris is also a keen runner and skier. (So he tells people)
